Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
As we sell organic food, oils, powders, spices, soaps, and personal care products, some items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or quality reasons.
Non-returnable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods
- Opened food products
- Opened spices, powders, herbs, oils, or dry food items
- Health and personal care items once opened or used
- Organic soaps once opened or used
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Sale or clearance items, unless faulty or damaged
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Partial refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items with clear signs of use or opened packaging
Refunds

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds

Then contact your card provider or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or suitable solution where applicable.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
